Tough and safe, the EV Power Cable 16 Amp Type 1 Charging Cable has 6ma DC detection built-in, eliminating the need for an RCD Type B with this product. This device with variable 8/10/16 Amp current will detect a fault of more than 6mA of DC current – protection you need against shock and fire hazards during EV charging. 

Compatibility

This charging cable is designed to work with all Type 1 Electric Vehicles/PHEVs. Nissan Leaf, Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV, Toyota Prius PHV and nearly all vehicles from Japan. Designed to plug into your 16 Amp CEE wall socket. Consider a wall charger if you are charging your EV daily.

Always make sure you push the plug in firmly to the power supply, otherwise you may cause damage to the product and this is not covered under warranty.

You can delay the start charging time up to 12 hours to take advantage of lower overnight electricity rates. Features full LCD display with charging time display, kW received, voltage rate, Amp rate and kW delivered.
